This causes a breakdown of the division between the states. So with these people the idea of “clearing their mind” only causes them to come up with something else to work on or worry about.
We will help you to understand the difference between these two states and determine where the crossover point is between the two. We will also help you to reconnect your sleep triggers. These would include such things as a darkened quiet room, your pillow under your head and the feel of the blankets to make it easier to switch states from the awake state to the sleep state.

During the consultation you will:
